The Company’s Share Capital is ONE MILLION ELEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SIX EUROS, SIXTY-SEVEN EURO CENTS (1,011,466.67 EUR). It is divided into ONE HUNDRED AND ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND SEVENTY SEVEN (101,146,667) ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of ONE EURO CENT (0.01€), belonging to a single class and series. All of the shares are fully subscribed and paid up and the holders all have the same entitlements.

The Company’s shares trade in the Stock Markets of Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia, and are incorporated in the Stock Exchange Linking Service.
