The Company’s Share Capital is NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND AND SIXTY EUROS, THIRTY-TWO EURO CENTS (997,060.32 EUR). It is divided into NINETY NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED AND SIX THOUSAND AND THIRTY TWO (99,706,032) ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of ONE EURO CENT (0.01€), belonging to a single class and series. All of the shares are fully subscribed and paid up and the holders all have the same entitlements.

The Company’s shares trade in the Stock Markets of Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia, and are incorporated in the Stock Exchange Linking Service.
