Solaria president, Enrique Díaz Tejeiro, and Board of Directors member Arturo Díaz Tejeiro have announced their purchase of 0.28% of the company's total share capital, representing a 460,000 euro investment. The purchase, which was made according with the company's stock operations rules, was closed in June. The deal was made known to CNMV on the 14th and 21st of June.
Mr. Enrique Díaz Tejeiro said the purchase was the consecuence of Solaria's bright perspectives "in a difficult period" for renewable energy companies. "We totally confide in Solaria as a safe value in the middle and long term. Its current price doesn't correspond to its real value, so we are confident that it soon will be correctly valued" he added.
On the other hand, Arturo Díaz Tejeiro pointed out the comapny's consolidated position in the international markets. "Our latest deals in Europe and America, which show the expansion and development of the PV sector abroad, are a result of Solaria's good performance and increasing importance worldwide" he said.
