During the year 2007 Solaria’s personnel increased by more than 600% from 77 employees on the 1st of January to a total of 568 employees by 31st December.
In regard to the age distribution of personnel, Solaria employs both people with many years of experience and those who have recently entered the world of work. Furthermore, the aim of the company is to promote equality in the workplace by guaranteeing the same opportunities for both men and women alike.
The Company is also deeply dedicated to the economic development and reindustrialisation of disadvantaged areas. As a reflection of this, 100% of the Company’s employees come from each of the areas where their production centres are located.
With the aim of guaranteeing rapid incorporation of recent graduates into the world of work, Solaria has entered into various collaboration agreements with prestigious Spanish universities as well as non- university teaching institutions.
The Company pays constant attention to crucial issues such as the implementation of a fair payment policy, the importance of reconciling work and family life, as well as the continuing professional development of all its employees.
