MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing support to sales managers in different areas:
* Sales: (in coordination with commercials)
- Monitors sales and marketing business contacts
- Elaborates sales forecasts and budgets (the information and the parameters of the proposal will be given to him/her and he/she will be responsible for drafting and presenting the data in a structured way)
- Should be involved in project’s planning and logistics
* Delivery orders:
- Controls delivery dates of the orders
- Checks the order submission
* Charge sales orders
* Create and update the client’s database of the department
* Administrative services:
- Coordinates the administrative activities
- Organizes special mailing or activities
- Ensures the correct functioning of the office
Maximizes the efficiencies of the business
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Desirable, but not essential: Degree in economics, or similar discipline
SPECIFIC EDUCATION: Desirable, but not essential: Renewable photovoltaic additional formation.
LANGUAGES: German (native) and Advanced English level (written and spoken). Desirable: Spanish
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Similar jobs as sales assistant
OTHER ISSUES TO BE EMPHASIZED: organization skills, good team player, communication skills
Advance use of business software applications (word, excel, power point)
